The signature product of Kee Mei Siew Pow – Siew Pow has a variety of meat fillings which are chicken filling and pork filling. Since these 2 types of siew pow have similar appearance, the only way to differentiate it is by its sesame topping. Chicken siew pow is topped with sesame while pork siew pow come clean. It has golden and well-roasted skin that covers the meat filling in it. The char siew pow (叉烧包) is a thumbs up — juicy fillings and delightful aroma.
