Ingredients
- 500g kuni fish
- 2 teaspoons heap of turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ginger juice
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the kuni fish with turmeric powder, cornflour, salt and ginger juice for three hours.
- 2. Deep fry it till crispy.
- 3. Serve.
