Ingredients

  • 300g long beans
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 3 tablespoons blended dried shrimps

Instructions

  • 1. Rinse and cut the long beans into approximate 4cm.
  • 2. Heat up the pan with olive oil.
  • 3. Add chopped garlic and blended dried shrimps (see Hei Bee, blended recipe), stir fried till slight brown.
  • 4. Add long beans and continue stir fried till cook.
  • 5. Serve.
