Dear Foodclappers,
I have searched for this type of traditional glutinous rice recipes quite some time. Have tried countless recipes and the rice either turn out too soft, too sticky or too hard. It is not easy to get the correct texture. Finally when a friend told me the recipe is availble on Foodclappers, I printed out, followed the tips and cooked. In just 2 tries, I got it right. My child even thought I bought the rice since this time it tastes so much better than those I had cooked previously. Thnx!
