This recipe is really yummy using Lee Kum Kee XO sauce to cook Asparagus with Fresh Scallop. The sauce is made from selected ingredients such as dried scallop, dried shrimp, red chilli pepper and spices.
Chef tips:
If you are using frozen scallop, heat up a pot of water. While water is boiling hot, place the frozen scallop into it. Let it boil for about 2-3 minutes. Drain away the water. Set aside.
