Interestingly the noodles are not oily at all. Certainly delicious. Superb egg aroma, thanks to the aunty who stirs and fries with rigour. For $2.50 a plate, the portion is huge by today’s hawker centre standard. There is always a queue. That alone is enough to warrant a taste of it. Definitely and certainly worth a try!
