The Fengshan Food Centre (Bedok North Road) is one of the well-known food enclaves in Singapore. Over here, you can enjoy one of the most tasty and the best Hokkien fried prawn noodles.
The noodles are succulent and tasty. The serving is neither too wet nor too dry, which is perfect. We can taste the “sweet” prawn stock and it is nice slurping the noodles as a result.
The chilli is just as delicious with plenty of he-bi (dried shrimps). The portion is pretty generous as well. We ordered $4 and got one large plate of noodles enough for 2-3 people to share.
The prawns are mid-size, fresh and juicy. Overall is value for money and definitely we will be coming back for more. The stall also serves fried oysters and carrot cakes.
