Mmmm…delicious. The popular steamed fish head belly from this stall is so smooth, fresh, tender, juicy and spicy. I can’t think of a better way to express my delight in discovering this hawker stall. The sauce, with either, the steam whole fish or fish head or fish head belly is just perfect with top quality soy sauce and bean paste. The expertise in steaming is perfect timing.
This stall serves 12 types of stew soup that are not only “shiok” but also nutritious and healthy. Their claypot rice is also very popular. It’s fragrance will surely win you over! Another recommendation is their black bean sauce steam chicken with black fungus.
The owner is a chef from Hong Kong. His wife takes order and serves.
