Ingredients

500g rice
650ml chicken stock
20g pandan leaves
30g young ginger
20g garlic
7 teaspoons shallot oil
7 teaspoons sesame oil
6 teaspoons mushroom seasoning

Instructions

1. Smashed the young ginger and garlic.
2. Mix the shallot oil, sesame oil and mushroom seasoning.
3. Rinse the rice, add in chicken stock, seasoning mixture, pandan leaves, ginger and garlic and mix it evenly and cook in rice cooker.
4. When rice is half cooked, stir the rice and continue to cook so that the rice will be evenly cooked with a better taste.
