Grilled Honey Mid Chicken Wing Recipe

When kids come over to my house, I will usually prepare this dish because children just love to grab and tuck in to the wings… finger licking good as KFC calls it But most importantly, it is easy to prepare and cook, so even busy working parents can manage it.

Ingredients

1kg mid chicken wing
100ml oyster sauce
1 tablespoonful of soya sauce
a few dashes of pepper
100ml honey

Instructions

1. Rinse the chicken with a pinch of salt. Drain the water.
2. Marinate the chicken with oyster sauce, soya sauce and pepper for 2 hours.
3. Add in honey and marinate it for at least another 2 hours. (keep in the fridge and marinate it overnight will be great too)
4. Put in the oven and grill the chicken for 45 minutes. To have an even colour, turn it every 15 minutes.
