Because of the pungent smell of century egg, we were curious about the taste of steaming and mixing of the salted egg, century egg and chicken egg. The thought of it seems weird. So, we followed very closely the steps of this minced meat steamed egg (three-coloured eggs) recipe. To our pleasant surprised, the texture was like tofu and the palate was flavorful.
