This olive rice recipe is easy to prepare and cook. So, why not for a change at the dinner table, serve this delish olive rice dish instead of the usual white plain rice.

Olive Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 250g rice
- 2 tablespoons full of olive
- 3 eggs
- 3 teaspoons fish sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice and leave it to cool.
- 2. Crack the eggs and whisk them in a bowl.
- 3. Cook the eggs in a frying pan while breaking it up into smaller pieces. Scoop it out and set aside.
- 4. Put the rice into the frying pan.
- 5. Add fish sauce and place the olives on the rice and stir it evenly.
- 6. Stir-in fried eggs into the rice.
- 7. Serve
