Ingredients

200g Ribeye Beef Shabu Shabu
3 tablespoon Japanese style BBQ sauce for Teriyaki
1 tablespoon dashi
1 teaspoon sake
1 teaspoon mirin
1 cut white onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon heap of corn flour + 1 teaspoon water
dashes of black pepper

Instructions

1. Marinate the beef with Japanese style BBQ sauce for Teriyaki, dashi, sake and mirin for 1 hour.
2. Heat up the pan with oil, stir-fry the white onion till almost soft.
3. Add in the ribeye beef shabu shabu, stir-fry till cook, add in flour mixture and black pepper.
4. Serve
