An easy to prepare smoked duck breast meat roll dish to serve your guests during party or gathering or special occasions. It will be an unforgettable savoury DIY dish to impress your guests with.

** All ingredients can be found in NTUC Finest supermarkets or the bigger supermarkets.

Ingredients

1 box frozen smoked duck meat
1 cucumber
Some Spring onions
1 packet of frozen crepe
A few packet of seaweed OR
1 bottle hoisin sauce

Instructions

1. Wrap frozen smoked duck meat in thin foil. Preheat oven toaster or oven. Heat 10-15 minutes in high heat in oven toaster or 180 degree C in oven.
2. Open and expose the top, skin side of the duck meat, to heat and brown the top to make it slightly crispy. Heat further another 5 minutes but making sure it's not burnt. Then cool before slicing.
3. Cut cucumber and spring onions into stripes.
4. Cut the thawed frozen crepe sheets into half.
5. Spread Hoisin sauce on crepe, put duck meat, cucumber and spring onions and roll it up! OR
6. Put seaweed on crepe, duck meat, cucumber and spring onions and roll it up!
