Ingredients

  • 1200ml water
  • 1pc big red apple
  • 1 sweet corn
  • 1 chicken leg (unskinned)
  • 10pcs red dates
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Blanch the chicken leg with hot water.
  • 2. Bring water to a boil, add in chicken leg, apple, sweet corn and red dates. Using small flame to boil for about 30-45 minutes.
  • 3. Serve.
