This recipe is a quick and easy way of cooking a new delicious dish from a can of Narcissus stewed pork sliced.

Ingredients

  • 15g dried black fungus
  • 45g dried bean curd stick
  • 2g star anise
  • 2g cinnamon
  • 383g stewed pork sliced can
  • 1-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 300ml water
  • 1 teaspoon chinese cooking wine
  • 4 cloves of unpeeled garlic
  • dashes of pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Soak dried fungus and bean curd stick till soft.
  • 2. If you prefer lean meat, remove the fats on the stewed pork sliced.
  • 3. Heat up the water and stewed pork sliced gravy in a pot.
  • 4. Add in star anise, cinnamon, unpeeled garlic, black fungus and bean curd stick. Continue to boil for about 15 minutes in low fire. (stir occasionally)
  • 5. Add in oyster sauce, chinese wine, pepper and pork sliced. Continue to simmer for about 15 minutes.
