Ingredients
- 20g sliced ginger
- 1 medium cut onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 can (425g) of sardine
- 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 chili padi (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Stir fry sliced ginger and onion with oil in medium flame till onion semi soft.
- 2. Add in sardine and tomato sauce.
- 3. Cover the wok for a minute.
- 4. Add in the chili padi and continue to cover the wok for a minute.
- 5. Serve while is hot.
- Servings : 3-4
