Jelly has always been kids favorite dessert, especially the colorful jelly. So, hands-on and make some when there is gathering or party. Get some molds and be creative with this rainbow jelly agar agar recipe.

Chef Tips:
1. To make the jelly blend together, either make sure that the water is hot when pouring or use fork to make some holes.
2. Slit on pandan leaves to have a better pandan fragrant diffuse out in the water.

Ingredients

1400ml water
1 bunch of pandan leaves
**Coconut Agar Agar
500ml water
15g agar agar strip
50g rock sugar
50g fine sugar
270ml coconut (can packaging)
**Transparent Agar Agar
700ml water
15g agar agar strip
50g rock sugar
50g fine sugar

Instructions

1. Boil the water and pandan leaves in a big pot till there is pandan fragrant.
2. Separate the water into two different pots - one for coconut, one for transparent agar agar.
3. Wash and soak agar agar strip in water for 5-10 minutes.
4. Drain water and boil the agar agar strip till dissolve.
5. Add in rock sugar and fine sugar. Stir till dissolve.
6. Add in coconut.
7. Repeat step 3 to 5 for transparent jelly. Once done, you are ready to make the rainbow or layered jelly according to your mould and colour.
