This moist chocolate cake recipe is perfect for all occasions. Though it is moist, it doesn’t taste or feel greasy at all. Bake it for your loved ones and then you will know how easy to bake this tasty moist chocolate cake. It certainly brings joy to the baker, chocolate frantic and even non-chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

A) *
210g butter
250g castor sugar
230g self raising flour
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
B) **
85g cocoa power
200g milk/water
90g sugar

Instructions

1. Double boil ingredients B)** till melted. Leave to cool.
2. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
3. Add eggs to A) (one at a time)
4. Add vanilla essence.
5. Fold in flour.
6. Fold in mixture B)**
7. Grease the pan (21.5 x 21.5 x 5cm) with butter.
8. Pour batter into cake pan and bake at 180 degree for about 45 minutes or till the cake tester comes out clean.
9. Take out the cake and let it cool completely on the cake rack.
