We love this lotus roots with fish paste dish. As we take a bite, there are crunchy lotus bits and the fragrant smell of parsley oozing in our mouth. A great dish that is popular with little kids and adults. The ingredients of this recipe are easy to buy and prepare. Thumbs up!!!

Add some corn flour to the patties during frying so that there is less oil splattering.
