Instant Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

This instant sweet and sour chicken recipe is fanatically appetizing. The chicken is still crispy after it is coated with the sauce – we love it. Definitely, this flavorful dish will be included in our family dinner menu almost indefinitely.

Ingredients

300g CP Japanese extra crispy chicken
3 tablespoons coarse sugar
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
dashes of pepper
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium sliced onion
70g cut capsicum
50g cut pineapple

Instructions

1. Fried the Japanese extra crispy chicken. Set aside.
2. Mix well sugar, vinegar and pepper in a small bowl.
3. Add in the tomato into the vinegar mixture and set aside the sweet and sour sauce.
4. Heat up pan with oil, add in onion and stir fry till almost soft, add in capsicum and pineapple. Stir-fry it for a few seconds.
5. Pour sweet and sour sauce into the pan. Stir-fry till the sauce starts to boil.
6. Add in the crispy chicken, stir till the chicken are evenly coated with the sauce.
7. Serve.
