Fish Otah with Ladyfinger Recipe

Buy organic ladyfinger (if possible) cos as ladyfinger matures and increases in size, it gets tougher.
But, if you know the tricks of choosing “matured” ladyfinger, by all means to buy non-organic ladyfinger. Ladyfinger with fish otah recipe is a must to try.

Ingredients

200g lady finger (cut the lady finger slant)
170g – 200g Muar fish otah (totally defrost)
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon water

Instructions

1. Heat up the wok with oil and fry the otah, smash the otah while stir fry for a minute.
2. Add in ladyfinger and water and cook it in low flame.
3. Stir fry both ladyfinger and fish otah till cook.
