Ingredients

30g agar agar strip
200ml water
1000ml coconut juice (approximate 4 coconuts)
50g rock sugar
50g fine sugar
coconut flesh

Instructions

1. Wash and soak agar agar strip in water for 5-10 minutes.
2. Drain water and boil the agar agar strip with 200ml water for about 10mintues.
3. Pour in coconut juice and continue to stir till agar agar strip dissolve.
4. Add in rock sugar and fine sugar. Stir till dissolve.
5. Mix in the coconut flesh and pour into jelly mould.
