Ingredients

  • 300g yellow noodle
  • 400g kway teow
  • 4 eggs
  • 250g bean sprout
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 50g koo chye
  • 2pcs sliced fish cakes
  • 4 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 10 teaspoons sweet sauce
  • 100g cockles (optional)

Instructions

  • 1. Soak cockles with a little salt for two hours.
  • 2. Scoop out the cockles, put it into a pot and pour in hot water. Cover the pot for about 5 minutes.
  • 3. Drain the water and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Set aside.
  • 4. Fried eggs and break-up the eggs. Set aside.
  • 5. Stir-fry garlic till brown. Add in yellow noodle and kway teow, bean sprout and koo chye.
  • 6. Add in fish sauce and stir-fried it evenly.
  • 7. Add in fish cake. Continue to stir it.
  • 8. Add in sweet sauce and cockles and stir it uniformly.
  • 9. Serve.
