Buttered Fresh Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients
- 400-500gm fresh button mushroom (wipe mushroom with kitchen towel, do not wash. Cut into halves)
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlie
- 25-30 gm pat of butter
Instructions
- 1. Heat frying pan (medium fire)
- 2. Pour a little cooking oil with the butter (so that butter will not turn brown and burn too quickly)
- 3. Add the minced garlic, fry a few seconds to get the garlic fragrant.
- 4. Then add all the mushrooms. (lower fire) Stir fry and toss till colour of mushrooms change and a little liquid begin to show in the frying pan. Add a little salt and sprinkle pepper to taste. It's done
