Ingredients

1800ml water
2 stalk pandan leaves
200g cut sweet potatoes
300g cut yam
180g crystal cubes
270ml can coconut milk
7 tablespoons fine raw sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Bring water and pandan leaves to a boil. Scoop out the pandan leaves.
2. Put sweet potatoes into the boiled water and cooked till soft. Scoop it out and set aside.
3. Put in yam into the same pot and cook till soft. Scoop it out and set aside.
4. Put in the crystal cubes into the same pot and cook till it floats.
5. Add in raw sugar and continue to let it boil till sugar melted.
6. Add in yam, sweet potatoes, salt and coconut milk. Continue to boil for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve either hot or cold.
