Roll out dough to a perfect thickness with the aid of these strips. Color-coded 6 piece package has 2 of each of the following thickness: 1/16″ (2 mm), 1/8″ (4 mm), 1/4″ (6 mm). Place the same size strips on each side of the dough, roll the dough flat, over both strips at the same time. The dough will roll out to an even thickness. Perfect for all types of dough; cookie, pie, fondant, etc. A great tool!
